1. Work closely with the Sustainability Programs Coordinator to manage the university's recycling program

2. Serve as liaison to university day-to-day recycling operations

3. Manage, monitor, and report key recycling performance metrics

4. Provide recommendations and insights to drive continuous performance improvement

5. Organize key recycling events throughout the academic year - including Gameday recycling and Old2Gold year-end sale

1. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and management skills

2. Passion and interest in driving our sustainability vision

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly MS Excel

4. Strong interpersonal skills - ability to drive change management
