Description of Position

This position focuses on computing/technology support of the campus faculty, staff and students.  Answer telephone calls on a variety of computing issues ranging from acquiring a netid and password to assisting in the installation/removal  of software and anything in between.

Qualifications

- Excellent Customer Service Focus
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing, in person and on the telephone.
- Ability to manage time appropriately
- Computer Savvy
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and/or Macintosh OS 10.3 and above
- Proficient with Malware identification and removal.
- Proficient in the usage of web browsers, email clients, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of computing/printing issues on the telephone and in person.

8 - 20
Schedule

Schedule is based upon student schedule as well as available Help Desk hours.  Hours of operation are:
Sunday, 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
