Financial Aid for Prospective Transfer Students
Applicants interested in applying for Notre Dame need-based financial aid must complete the following steps by the recommended deadlines specific to their admission cycle. Please note that transfer students are not eligible for merit scholarships.
Spring 2024 Transfer Process
Priority Deadline: November 15
- 2023-24 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) - School Code: 001840
- 2023-24 CSS Profile (for the custodial parent and, if applicable, the noncustodial parent) - School Code: 1841
Documents requested by the College Board's Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC)
Commonly required documents include:

- 2021 handwritten signed federal income tax return (with all schedules, W-2s, and 1099s)
- 2021 handwritten signed federal business tax return(s) (if applicable)
