Your Financial Aid Year-by-Year

Students apply for financial aid each year. The total dollar amount of financial assistance is updated annually based on a family's demonstrated financial need.

Scholarship Timeframe

Based on the student’s admitted class level, University Scholarship consideration is given for a maximum of eight semesters (ten semesters for Architecture Program and Combination Five-Year Engineering Program with the College of Arts and Letters). Students electing to remain at Notre Dame to pursue a second major, second degree, or dual-degree program are not eligible for University Scholarships.
