Notre Dame is committed to providing an exceptional education regardless of a family’s financial circumstances. We offer financial aid that meets 100% of every student’s demonstrated financial need regardless of background, socioeconomic status, or the ability to pay for college.

  • Need-blind Admissions for All Students

Your financial situation is not considered when evaluating your application for admission.

  • Meet 100% of Financial Need

100% of your demonstrated financial need is met—covering the gap between the cost of attendance and what your family can reasonably contribute.

  • No Loan Aid Offers

Instead of loans, you'll receive grants and scholarships in financial aid offers that do not need to be paid back.

"Financial aid was a huge factor in choosing Notre Dame. They really stood out in terms of the financial aid staff making the process seamless for me, including having one-on-one consultations with my family and me so we understood our financial aid offer. They were willing to help me navigate this process and it really showed me how much they care for the students here."
