Student Employment
Part-time student employment opportunities are available to assist students in meeting personal expenses. In fact, approximately 45% of Notre Dame undergraduates are employed on campus annually, with many averaging 6-7 hours of work per week. Students are paid on a bi-weekly basis via direct deposit to their personal bank accounts. Hourly rates vary depending on the job requirements.
Students with Federal Work-Study eligibility have the option to work for either a community service agency or on campus. To determine your eligibility, please review your Financial Aid Offer.
At Notre Dame, students are responsible for finding their own position, as jobs are not assigned. Student employment opportunities may be found on the Student Jobs JOBboard. Students are also encouraged to contact departments directly to inquire about employment opportunities.
