*Students who wish to be considered for state grant eligibility may have an earlier submission date for the FAFSA. Students should consult with their state department of education regarding the published submission dates.

In addition to the online applications, please submit the following documentation directly to our office by emailing faforms@nd.edu:

• Parent and student handwritten signed 2022 Federal Tax Returns
• Parent 2022 W-2 Form(s)
• Verification Worksheet
• Other documents as requested (e.g. business tax returns)
